On the twenty-second of January this year, I finally had the chance to go to Trader Joe's for the first time and I am pleased with what I saw and with the items that I bought. Although I love shopping at the Whole Foods Market for nutritional foods, household non-toxic cleaning utilities, and sustainable personal care products, I have no problem with going to this place. What is more advantageous is that you can buy many things for good health at a lower price, but remember that while saving money is a good thing, sometimes spending more for a good purpose out of necessity is better than saving for the sake of convenience. Do not settle for less for your health.

I look forward to going to Trader Joe's again one day. This was a good day for making progress for sustainability and healthy living.
