SALMON Mixed Vegetables STIR FRY. This salmon stir fry recipe is a simple, quick and delicious dish. It’s also very healthy with mixed vegetables added.

Aunty Mary shows how to cook fresh salmon in a stir fry the Chinese way. This is a restaurant dish that can be easily cooked at home. It’s another of her family favourite that is cheap to cook at home. The recipe is enough for 3-4 people.

Stir fry recipes are always quick and takes about 5 minutes. It’s good when time is short.

Ingredients

240g salmon (remove skin, cut into small pieces
200g cauliflower, cut into small florets
200g broccoli, cut into small florets
2 orange peppers, remove top and seeds, cut into wedges

Sauce

1 Tbsp sugar
1Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp cooking wine
1 tsp salt
1/4 t pepper powder
1&1/2 C water
