In this video, we present the intricate process of crafting convocation folders/degree folders at Kansara Bindery. Each step is executed with precision from the initial stages to the final product.

There are a total of 7 processes involved in the entire manufacturing of convocation folders:

Process 1: Material Cutting - Initially, covering material is carefully selected, cut into the required sizes, and quantified.

Process 2: Board Cutting - German Smurfit Kappa boards are cut into the necessary sizes and quantities for creating the Hard Case Cover.

Process 3: Plastic Cutting - Plastic is precisely cut into the required sizes and quantities for crafting pockets.

Process 4: Case Making - Hard Case Covers are manufactured.

Process 5: Hot Gold Foil Debossing (Initial Setup) - The Heavy Duty HSH-10 Hot Foil Stamping Machine is prepared and set up for gold foiling.

Process 6: Hot Gold Foil Debossing (Post Setup) - After the initial setup is completed, the production process begins for Hot Foil Stamping work on the Degree Folders.

Process 7: Finishing & Final Packaging - The front deboss covers are finished, and the folders are meticulously packed in individual plastic bags.

Process 8: Dispatch - Convocation Folders are dispatched to Rashtriya Raksha University Campus, Lavad, Gandhinagar.
