How Does Our Contactless Pickup Work?

1.) Book online at https://www.ariescarrental.com.au/car... and make sure you choose the “Self-service” option
2.) You will receive your rental agreement and payment request through email. Sign the agreement electronically using DocuSign.
3.) Wait for an SMS from us. It contains a link that allows collection up to 30 minutes prior to the agreed pickup time.
4.) Once you get to one of our Perth locations, go straight to the share box system. Check the SMS you received from us and use the link to open the locker which contains the key to your car.
5.) Check the glove box to find the inspection report. Read and evaluate the car to see if there is any damage that we may not have documented in the report. If you do find any other unlisted issues, take photos and send them to us via email or WhatsApp. Our contact details are in the SMS.
6.) If there are no issues, you can head out and enjoy your drive.
7.) When it is time to return the vehicle, you can continue with our self-service process. Check our SMS, click on the link, and follow the steps from there.
