QUINOA PILAF RECIPE:
2 cups of whatever veggies you have on hand, sautéed in oil of choice in instant pot on sauté setting. Once the onions become translucent, add 2tsp powdered bouillon, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of onion, garlic and any dried or fresh herbs you have!

Add 2 cups of water, 2 cups of rinsed quinoa stir and set instant pot to “pressure cook” on high pressure for 2 minutes with seal closed.

Once done, let pressure naturally release. Open lid and fluff with a fork. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve!
