The Years that Changed my Life | Sony a7siii Short Film

Over the past few months, life got so heavy for me that I took a break from social media. I started filming things that I actually wanted to film rather than chasing an algorithm. What began as a personal filming project evolved into a deeply meaningful project, a narrative of the last few years of my life and the struggles. Troubles of my heart emerged, a silent battle that was initially dismissed and overlooked by medical professionals. Repeatedly laughed off and prescribed anxiety medications, it was only after persistent advocacy for my own well-being that I was able to find answers. This revelation became a turning point, prompting me to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Despite the challenges, 2023 has been a year of transformative growth. I have hope that 2024 will be a great year.
