I debated so much about what questions I should answer...and at times I felt perhaps I should hold back but I just felt, at the age I am now, why would I hold back? So much of the time I share an intimate detail of my life and so many of you feel almost relieved that somebody out there feels like you do..or has the same thoughts as you do....living in silence as we age is just no good is it. So I decided to answer these intimate questions and would love to hear if you could relate to anything I shared....or perhaps share a bit of your life with me and all the wonderful guys and gals here!

Ingredients
My Sweet Potato Bread
2 cups sweet potato (flesh approx. 2 small sweet potatoes)
1 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger - I USE NUTMEG
3/4 cup chopped pecans

bake at 350 for 45 Minutes and test it with a fork - do not over-bake -
