Uninstalling Mercury Binnacle Control - Common Shift & Throttle Box

This is an extremely common shift/throttle control for pontoon boats. This binnacle mount and others very similar to it were used for decades on pontoons and other boats, and are still working great on boats around the world. If you're restoring a boat, but want to keep your controls for your motor, then this is the video for you. In this video I'm taking the binnacle control box off of the console for a complete restoration of the boat. We will unhook everything from the console, install new flooring and a new console, and run all of the engine components (and other accessory electrical) up through a hole in the new floor and console.
