Daily we use milk in our household.


Today I made this video to show you how to collect butter from daily usage milk.



Its very easy and low at cost.


We usually boil milk which we use for routine.just refrigerate that boiled milk
for one hour.over night gives much better results
collect upper layer formed in a container
store it in freezer

daily you collect the cream from milk and store in the freezer


repeat the process until you reach the desired amount

bring the container to room temperature before making the butter.

now blend the cream in batches with ice cold water

you will notice the butter separated from the water


collect the butter and store in freezer


if you want you can add a pinch of salt and some yellow food color to get the market style butter


always store the butter in the freezer only.

homemade butter can be used upto one month when stored in the freezer.
