JFK's Final Days

"JFK's Final Days" is a five-minute video produced by The Sixth Floor Museum for Hotel Texas: An Art Exhibition for the President and Mrs. John F. Kennedy. From San Antonio to Houston to Fort Worth and then Dallas on November 21 and 22, 1963, films, video and audio place viewers in the crowd at every event and in Suite 850 of Fort Worth's Hotel Texas as hotel staff prepared the Kennedys' room. Narration is provided by former Fort Worth Star-Telegram reporter Bob Schieffer, the host of CBS News' Face the Nation. The exhibit will be on view at The Dallas Museum of Art from May 26-September 15, 2013 and at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art from October 12, 2013-January 12, 2014.
