Carlton continued their strong bane of form against Richmond, securing a 10 goal win and their 5th win in a row on the weekend just gone. Amidst a sea of contributors, Carlton's oldest player Nic Newman had a wonderful match, with 28 disposals and 23 of those kicks, but it was the damage of these kicks which will comprise of today's analysis. As Carlton grew into the game, they dominated field position, and thus Newman's kicking led to a higher scoring threat. Don't let that take away from his consistency as Carlton were not early on.
