Full Inspection of the FZ6 Charging System

In this video I will be checking over all the specifications and tolerances for the charging system circuit guided by the factory service manual on this FZ6. I will show you how to check your stator, regulator rectifier and battery. I have struggled over the years to keep the FZ6 charged and happy which has lead to me taking a deep dive on the entire charging circuit. Below are the relevant specs to this diagnosis.

Stator coil resistance spec = 0.22 - 0.34 ohms
Battery should be above 12.7 Volts when disconnected from system
Battery should be over 14.0 Volts when revved at 5000 RPM
