📖 About Alicia Laumann
Raised by missionary parents, I learned early on to worship God with my whole body. After dancing professionally with Ballet Austin, earning my MFA in Dance from UC Irvine, and becoming a certified Pilates instructor, I felt called at age 50 to fully integrate my faith with my teaching. My prayer is that God uses these workouts to bless and strengthen you as we worship Him together.
