US makes diplomatic push for cease-fire deal in Gaza

There is new hope that a potential cease-fire deal in Gaza could be reached, but the United States is expressing concern that time is running out before Israel launches its ground offensive in Rafah. The current proposal would have Hamas release 33 hostages for 40 days of a pause in firing. NBC’s Raf Sanchez reports for TODAY.
