In this interview, Richard Tibbels (Head of Division for the Eastern Partnership, Regional Cooperation, and OSCE, European External Action Service) discusses the EU's Eastern Partnership Policy and its future in relation to the Ukraine crisis.

The interview was conducted at a policy workshop entitled "Ukraine and Beyond: Is the EU's Eastern Partnership an effective policy for its neighbours?". The workshop was held at Carleton University on March 31, 2014.

The event was organized by the Jean Monnet Chair in the EU's Eastern Neighbourhood Relations (with funding from the European Union) in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Canada-Europe Transatlantic Dialogue (with funding from SSHRC).
