Super Mario All Stars - The Video (Presented by Craig Charles) 1993 VHS Video

Another special treat from my personal collection for Retro fans...

As a proud owner of the SNES, I went to Hanley WHSmith in Christmas 1993 (29th December to be exact! YES, I can remember the date) and purchased a copy of Super Mario All-Stars. I was thrilled back then to receive a special bonus video - absolutely free - with the game, and even more so that it was hosted by Red Dwarf star (and future Robot Wars presenter/Corrie star) Craig Charles.

This was a real twenty-minute treat, containing a brief story on Mario's gaming career, reviews and cheats for all the major SNES titles at the time, a visit to the Nintendo Hotline Centre, and a look at the creation of Nigel Mansell's World Championship Racing. Craig is simply one of the coolest dudes who ever lived and it was a real thrill to see him present this.
