Telkom third quarter 2013 ended by posting strong financial performance growth. Compared to prior year results, consolidated revenues grew by 8.2% to Rp61.5 trillion in third quarter 2013, derived mainly from a growth of 4.7% in revenues from our cellular business, which contributed 38.5% to our total consolidated revenues. EBITDA increased by 7.9% to Rp32.3 trillion, providing an EBITDA margin of 52.5%.
Our growth strategy is broadly based on the principle of "first thing first" and focused on future anticipated growth areas. This strategy is implemented by allocating our resources primarily for investments in human capital, increasing our cellular business, expanding our broadband penetration in Indonesia, and international expansion.
As of September 30, 2013, we had approximately 171.2 million subscribers in Indonesia, comprising 127.9 million cellular subscribers through Telkomsel, 9.2 million on our fixed wireline network, 11.6 million on our fixed wireless network and 22.6 million broadband subscribers. We also provide a wide range of other communication services, including telephone network interconnection services, satellite transponder leasing, leased line, intelligent network and related services, cable television and VoIP services.
As of September 2013, the majority (51.19%) of our Common Stock was owned by the Government, with the remaining under public ownership. Our shares are traded on the IDX, the NYSE, the LSE and are publicly offered without listing in Japan. At the end of September 2013, our market capitalization was Rp211.7 trillion.
