You can easily recognize that Feijai has listened a lot of Good Looking, Moving Shadow and Metalheadz music in the last 20 years. Now he has re-interpreted the sound that he loves an brought it to the 2018 standards. The results is a wonderful EP that should be listened from start to finish.
“The Grifter” is an uplifting atmospheric track with perfect combinations of pads and electronic breaks, “Jiffy Wink” accelerates the rhythm with fast rolling drums, “Be Right Back” introduces big basses and a jungle mood, while “Lost Property” closes the EP with a techmospheric soundscape.

FEIJAI BIO:
Feijai (Chris Sandell) has been producing on and off for the last 20 years, sticking true to the art of trying to find his own sound. His earlier influences and love for DnB date back to the 'glory years' of 93' and 94' where the likes of Moving Shadow, Metalheadz and Good looking were taking all the car stereo airtime.
He naturally moved into DJ'ing and after being motivated and, inspired by his best mate Immortal Minds (Reinforced), moved into producing, and has been in and out of the studio ever since.
He has remained faithful to the scene and slowly but surely continued working on his sound, and over the last few years has had a few releases on Sonata Recordings and Rogue Beats, respectively. He is also the other half of 'Depth Mode' who were part of the 'Fletcher' by Survival remix competition release on 'Dispatch', so he can turn his hand to the darker side of DnB if it calls.
With current influences like Alix Perez, Zero T, Lenzman and Halogenix (to very much name a few) he still finds the most solace in the deeper, soulful side of DnB which is evident in his 'Infinate Emotions' mix series and in the sound he is trying to create.
There is a feeling that now could be his time.
