Open Dental Automation through Teamio's Workflow

With Workflow, you can create automation workflows for the most important, yet, repetitive tasks based on action triggers.

For instance, whenever an appointment with a certain procedure is marked completed, you can set off one or more actions to take place.

Example workflows:

Whenever a patient comes in for mouthguard, and a scan is done for the mouthguard, and once the appointment is marked completed by the front desk (patient checks out) - it automatically sets up a task for the assistant to "*design the guard on Medit Splint App and get ready to print*" and gives it a due date of "immediate" which means the same day (due dates can be customized).
A workflow whenever a patient comes in for records for clear aligners, and the appointment is marked completed, it sets up a task for the clinical assistant to "*prep and submit the case to ArchForm / Invisalign online*"

This way, nothing falls through the cracks. With all the things going on, sometimes we get busy and when you're keeping things in the house (instead of outsourcing to lab) - there are tons of things on the assistant's plate - so this way it stays on their task screen and they can go through without having to remember.
