ACTS Retirement-Life Communities operates 23 communities serving nearly 10,000 residents.

So, the question of course should be, how are their financials? That's a LOT of people relying on these folks after all.

In this episode I go over their Consolidated Financial Statement for things that jump out at me.

Now, be advised, I am NOT a CPA, I am NOT a CFA, I am not an investment banker who reads financial statements daily. So, please do not take ANY info from this video as anything other than for interest only.

I find this stuff interesting. But that does not mean it's any more legitimate than simply a monkey throwing a dart at a stock chart.

In fact, in the ifrst part of the video I mentioned that ACTS Retirement-Life might be a for profit. They are not. They are not for profit.

So, there you go. Reason to be forewarned about my analysis!
