✅ Policy debates – the FAAA’s stance on professional year non-competes got everyone talking. Our take? Retention comes from culture and clarity, not locking people in.

✅ Insurance insights – life insurers reported $720m pre-tax profit this quarter. Sounds big, but margins are still tight compared to general insurers. Stable insurers = stability for clients.
