Hamstring Stretch

Step 1:
Sit facing each other & interlock your fingers

Step 2:
Place the soles of your feet against each others & gradually shift back until your legs are straight

Step 3:
Bend forward & clasp each other's wrists

Inner Thigh & Groin Stretch- 1

Step 1:
Open your legs out wide & place your feet at the other person's ankles

Step 2:
Hold them by the elbows & pull them down gently

Inner Thigh & Groin Stretch-2

Step 1:
Partner one joins the soles of the feet together near the groin

Step 2:
Partner 2 places their feet on the others knees & then pulls them toward themselves
