Fight For Voting Rights! Texas Appeals Court to Decide Fate Of MINORITY-DOMINATED DISTRICT

In Texas, the Fifth Circuit of Appeals will hear the case next week about the only district in a county where Black and Latino voters can determine election outcomes.

In 2021, Galveston County's Commissioners Court's redistricting plan chopped up the one majority-minority district, where Black and Latino residents make up 58-percent of the electorate.
