“Casual” means no dodge jump, no out of bounds, no pixel jumping, the only thing preventing it calling glitchless is some edge walking, almost standing on air in some cases, cloud tricks and all the glitched chests themselves. But I did try to recreate the route I consider “intended” to the best of my abilities.

Idea of the guide is to showcase that tribulation is available for casual players with patience but without SAB skills to do special skips and for people who can’t/don’t want to install special software to show the safe path.

This run starts with a fresh character, without any items, every required item is unlocked along the route. It’s possible to have a similar start if you have infinite lives coin, but without it, you better farm some Baubles in the normal mode, w3 or new SAB event, however that could be very tedious. All those Baubles need to be spent on continue coins.

This route is not a speedrun route.

This route isn’t optimal, I decided to skip a couple of shortcuts in w1z2 and in w2z3 that I know of out of respect for people who introduced me to tribulation initially.

For all zones you are required to bring at least 99 lives or 20+ continue coins or infinite continue coin.
For world 1 and the first zone of world 2 you should have at least 1-2 hours of free time before starting. For the last two zones you should have at least 2-3 hours of free time before starting.
All those requirements are meant to remove the extra pressure from an individual due to lack of lives and time, there is nothing worse than to spend an hour getting your feet wet in tribulation and then having to abandon the whole run.
If you are under pressure, you will jump worse, better to prepare beforehand to remove that pressure.

This guide will have OPTIONAL and RECOMMENDED detours.
OPTIONAL usually helps with some extra Baubles, dig spots and glitched chests.
RECOMMENDED (in world 2) is about getting the whistle and unlocking all songs. I RECOMMEND doing this route at least once per character, as it simplifies one of the last puzzles in w2z3.
