The Milwaukee M12 charger has the light indicator on it to show you whether the battery is being charged normally.

To keep it short, I would summarize the meanings of each light as below

Solid Red: Charging
Solid Green: Fully Charged
Flashing Red and Green: Bad Battery
Flashing Red Only: Hot/Cold Relay

If your charger is flashing green and red, you might need to use the "Jump Start" method to reset battery to fix this issue. I have another video uploaded dedicated to fix this issue.

If the Hot/Cold relay is triggered, make sure you let it rest a bit and temperature is not too hot or too cold for both the battery and the charger.
