秉承傳統川菜做法,發揮葷素搭配、營養全面的指導理念,用心做好回鍋肉。
用料:
带皮五花肉 340g
螺丝青辣椒 2个
莲花白(包菜) 270g
大蒜3瓣 10g
老姜 1小块
小米椒 2个
盐半小勺 2g
花椒粒 6颗
鸡精 1/3小勺 2g(也可不要)
老抽 0.5大勺
米酒 1大勺
豆瓣酱 2/3大勺
黄豆酱 2/3大勺
食用油 2大勺

Ingredient:
340g pork belly with skin
Screw green pepper 2
Cabbage 270g
3 cloves of garlic 10g
1 piece of ginger
Small chili pepper 2
Salt 1/2 teaspoon 2g
Prickly ash 6 pieces
1/3 teaspoon of chicken essence 2g
Dark soy sauce 0.5 tablespoon
1 tablespoon rice wine
2/3 tablespoon bean paste
Soybean sauce 2/3 tablespoon
2 TBSP cooking oil
