Are you ready for this?

This FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH Workout is a power-based, full-body workout designed to build athletic strength, improve overall fitness, and strengthen your muscles through dynamic and controlled movements. This 50 minute strength session uses of tempo-focused compound exercises and single-sided movements to challenge your coordination, stability, and power.

This workout is great for all fitness levels, especially if you want to take your training to the next level. For this session, I use 2×7 kg and 2×4 kg weights.

Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.
