Today, we are checking out the Sea Life Busan Aquarium in Haeundae!

This is one of the best activities I’ve ever done in Korea. I love marine animals and this was such an awesome way to get up close and personal with penguins, turtles and even sharks!!!

I would highly recommend this experience if you are visiting Busan, Korea. And if you weren’t planning on it, let this be your reason to. :)

Afterwards, we went to a Sogogi Gukbap restaurant. Translates to beef rice soup. We actually walked by it earlier that day and was blow away by how delicious it smelled. We came by to enjoy for dinner and it is insanely delicious.

The Sogogi Gukbap is hearty and very beefy. Plenty of meat, perfectly paired with bean sprouts. It may look like a simple dish, but trust me, it is absolutely full of flavor. Most of the flavor coming from beef meat and bones that have been stewed for many many hours to build an unctuous broth. Definitely try this. It’s soul food in a bowl.

Oh, Gukbap, you’ll notice, the best way to eat it is to put rice directly in the bowl. Here, they serve it already like that, but pro tip if they do not.
