Derry in Northern Ireland attracts many thousand of people each year because of its yearly halloween festival ending on halloween night with its beautiful fireworks display from a boat in the river foyle. During the festival which is ran over a number of day there are a number of different events throughout the city such as The awakening of the walls and varous haunting displays on shops and businesses. The name haunted Derry is a name well deserved, being an old walled city with alot of history and alot of haunted history and many ghost stories have been told over those many years of haunted buildings and streets. Derry / Londerry is certainly a place to be at halloween if you want that party athmosphere.
