I am the He Who Lurks In Your Dreams
I hold the key to terror and screams
I ever serve Sleep, to whom Death is wed
I constantly creep, to serve till I’m dead

All that you know is known as a lie
Ever you grow and then you will die
Everything here is summoned for thee
All that you fear has now been set free

Writhe here in sorrow, your horror and fight
No peace ‘til morrow, but still it is night
Scream if you’d please, but no one will hear
Only the trees will stand close and near

Once you had friends, but now they are gone
Friendships reach ends, as night becomes dawn
