The Abandoned Touge Racing Genre

A long time ago Touge Racing was something a lot of medias such as Films, Comics and even Video Games actively pushed with their platform, but as time moves forwards a lot of these mainstream medias have completely abandoned the idea with only small blips every now and then. So I've decided to look up one of the best Touge racing games and see if it really was as great as it has been described.
