Riding out today, I was stopped by a cop. He stated I was going 80 MPH. I don't think I was. After checking my credentials, he let me go. But he was also interested in the bike too.
He understood it will be a stretch to have this bike doing 80MPH without tweaking the drivetrain.
Overall I think I had a good interaction with the cop. Unfortunately my new sound setup failed so I don't have any of the interesting audio.
A word of warning from the cop was to watch out for deer and moose especially as the rut is just around the corner.
