The video describes the changes for the QDX DigiModes transceiver, PCB Revision 4. http://qrp-labs.com/qdx which starts shipping in September 2022.

Rev 4 has a new discrete component buck regulator for supplying constant PIN diode forward bias current that reduces heat dissipation about 3/4 W during transmit. Other changes include a beefier P-channel MOSFET for the reverse polarity protection, new 25MHz clock buffer circuit, 0.1-inch-spaced BS170s and of course removing the Rev 3a C41 via short.
