4 boiled eggs
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chilies (slit)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 cup coconut milk or water (optional for consistency)
2 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. **Prep the Eggs**: Peel boiled eggs and lightly slit them.
2. **Saute Base**: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, followed by onions. Cook until golden brown.
