Can I Beat The HARDEST Kanto Nuzlocke? (Pokemon Anil)

Pokémon Anil is a fan game that was translated from Spanish to English!
It has Pokémon from generation 9, mega evolutions and much more!

I also play a Hardcore Nuzlocke with these rules:

Fainted Pokemon must be boxed or released.
I can only catch the first Pokémon I encounter on each route.
No duplicate Pokémon are allowed.
I must play on set mode at all times.
I can’t use any healing items during a battle.
Every gym leader has a level cap!
