Don Stephens is a graduate of the University of London. He gained his Cert.Ed. at Chester College before embarking on a teaching career of thirty-two years. He has always been an active member of his local church in Liverpool. Don's interest in aviation and history led him to write the first few editions of 'Wrecks and Relics' (about old and preserved aircraft), and more recently 'War and Grace'. He is married to Hazel and they have one daughter, Heather.
