Scroll down for ingredients Hae Bee Hiam is spicy dried prawns all Malaysians and Singaporeans are familiar with. In the Soosay household, it is a “frozen essential”. We ALWAYS have a container or two of Hae Bee Hiam stored somewhere in there. It is amazingly delicious when eaten with plain white rice. We also use it to give extra flavour to our fried rice and fried bee hoon. Even stir-fried vegetables like long beans, four-angled beans and other greens taste so much better when you throw some Hae Bee Hiam into it! Enjoy ❤️
