I love recipes like this where there's plenty of wiggle room to suit your taste preferences:
start with fresh boneless chicken or use cooked chicken like I did
change up the veggies or add extras - I added mushrooms
use your favourite seasonings and herbs - I used Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper
