25G - No Stone Unturned (Find all secret locations)

Secrets only refer to the areas that are hidden behind the walls that become invisible once you walk up to them. You don't have to pick up the items that are inside to get credit.

Snap your achievement app and look if you get credit for the secret you are entering. If not, reload the game and enter it until you do.

Since there are a lot of problems with secrets not registering, it is very likely that you don't get the achievement even after finding all 43 secrets. Here is a way to get the achievement counter for the secrets up with a savegame trick.

Copy your savegame and find an undiscovered secret in this back up. (If you are not sure, you can start a new game, go to a secret there and use this as your 2nd save instead)
Now create a soul link inside an undiscovered secret area in the 2nd save
Exit and load your main save game, walk a few steps and make a soul link.
Now exit again and load your 2nd save to rekindle the soul link. The secret should now count twice.
