Snapper's Creamy Dip
Ingredients

Snappers (Unibic's Cream n Onion crackers)
1 liter milk
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp curd
Method
Step 1: Masala Paneer
Heat the milk until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.
Add vinegar to the milk and stir gently to start the curdling process.
Once it starts to curdle, add chopped coriander leaves, oregano, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until fully curdled.
Strain the mixture to separate the whey, keeping only the masala paneer.
Follow the recipe as shown in the video
Step 2: Creamy Dip
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of curd.
Add 3 tablespoons of the prepared masala paneer.
Mix well until smooth, and adjust salt as needed.
