Dr Sinyor, Sunnybrook Psychiatrist shares life saving Youth Mental Health insights: Oct 7 at Crescent School

Today, I’m back at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, joined by psychiatrist Dr. Mark Sinyor.

Dr. Sinyor was hand-selected by his colleagues, as an expert in mood and anxiety disorders, to represent Sunnybrook at the Generation Health Forum on October 7 at Crescent School.

Through his work, he has developed school-based programs that equip young people with cognitive behavioral therapy skills, coping tools, and strategies to manage distress.

His goal?
To help youth build resilience so they never need to end up in his office as adults struggling with preventable challenges.
Leave the audience empowered, with clear knowledge of the challenges facing today’s youth and, most importantly, actionable steps that families and communities can take to support mental well-being.

Net proceeds will benefit the Crescent School Foundation and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Foundation.
