This is a video on my customized Louis Vuitton Mon Mono Neverfull MM. I cannot recommend the company that did this for me as they have an outstanding dissatisfied customer and unresolved issue with another TPF member. Currently they have her LV item and her money. They are not returning phone calls or emails. I would like to recommend this company, but in fact I will not give the name nor recommend them until they resolve the outstanding issue.
