ESP8266 based Kodi remote display - update and new features: weather/information panel

Full list of features:
In Kodi mode (when Kodi player is turned on and ESP8266 is connected to its http interface):
- elapsed/remaining video time
- status (play/pause/stop/ffw/rewind)
- realtime clock
- new video progress bar
In Information Display mode (when Kodi isn't available or turned off):
- realtime clock and date
- YouTube subs/views counter
- YouTube subs/views increase counter
- weather forecast from openweathermap.org
- temperature and alternative min/max if provided
- humidity
- clouds level
- wind speed
- air quality index (AQI) based on PM2.5 taken from aqicn.org
- alternatively Polish api.smog.info.pl service can be used for air quality index / PM2.5
- USD/PLN exchange rates
- higher brightness for daytime hours
- automatic summer time calculation (for EU)
- got rid of "thick" JSON library, now my simple parsing functions are used
- code of HTML streams parsing completely rewritten
- got rid of a lot of issues related to heap and crashing after some time
