In this journey, our focus was the #Quora website. #Quora is a platform for learning and sharing information. It's a place to ask questions and connect with people who have unique insights and provide quality answers.
In the first step of our project, we did the first stage of design thinking, which included describing the activity and user, generating the empathy map, and problem definition. Each member group defined four activities, including users and empathy maps. Then we defined the possible problems of performing these activities.
Then, we moved to the second step of design thinking, exploring. It includes two activities: Ideate and Prototype. An activity and two distinct metaphors were selected for doing so, and interfaces were designed for each. Then, we sketched low-fidelity prototypes of both interfaces (A/B). Afterward, we described how our user interacts with our interface with a descriptive scenario. As requested, we iterated our low-fidelity prototypes and scenarios to minimize negative aspects and maximize positive ones. As a final act, we represented and explained the outcomes of this iterative process.
Then we evaluate both interfaces using a test group then we iterated the design, and finally we created two high-fidelity interfaces.
