REVIEW: Honda Super Cub vs Honda PCX150 - Part 1

I just returned from the Cub's first moto-camping trip, and I'm headed to the motorcycle store to pick up the rack for my Super Cub. Skip to the bottom of the description for clickable time indexes.

I compare the 2016 Honda PCX150 to the 2019 Honda Super Cub in terms of comfort, acceleration, top speed, and general usability as a commuter machine. The PCX150 wins most of these categories in terms of practicality, so I think the PCX is a better general-purpose commuter.

However, the Super Cub is not out of the race quite yet. The Cub is a different machine, so you should have different expectations. The Cub is more engaging to ride because of the shifting. The Cub is also returning ~30% better fuel economy at 132.7 mpg average (101.7 mpg average for the PCX). It also wins the cool factor and looks sexier, in my opinion!
