Difficult fix on this Drake TR4 July 10, 2022

Lots of short circuits.
Lot of resoldering and rework from the factory build.

Contacts on the rotary band switch re-tensioned.

This TR4 is coming back to life. But taking hours of work.

IF I had not fixed about 3 TR4's in the past and a few TR4C's this would have been indeed
even more challenging than it is.

This TR4 looks to have been neglected from the factory build.
The RF Tune variable capacityr was not tightened down with critical ground wires attached.
A near by tube socket was missing a mounting screw.

I think someone went to lunch and came back in Miamisburg OHIO in the 1960's

and forgot a few details.
