We talk through what it’s like to buy a brokerage without knowing the multiples, lessons learned from running two companies, and the transition from owner to corporate VP. Amy also opens up about her role leading NARPM during its “2.0” transformation: new bylaws, governance shifts, and the upcoming CEO handoff.
