In the Leadership Lab series, we are delighted to have Dr. Kohei Suzuki (Assistant Professor at Leiden University's Institute of Public Administration) and holds the title of Docent (equivalent to Associate Professor) at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.

His research analyzes how bureaucratic structures influence civil servants' attitudes and behaviors, ultimately impact the quality of government across different national contexts.

In this session he talks about the meritocracy effects in general how they are related to government performance and organizational behavior including organizational commitment, turnover intention, and innovative attitudes.
