Sundial B307, my 1-bedroom condo at the Sundial on Sanibel Island has direct Gulf of Mexico views. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated with all new furnishings and artwork Remodel in 2018 with all plank tile floors, removal of wall for open concept living/dining/kitchen area, granite countertops and new backspalsh. Rent owner direct and save over adjoining Sundial Resort rates & resort fees.. Our condo has a direct beachview (only a few steps to the beach), large screened lanai with sliding glass doors that open to the full width of the condo to allow for sea breezes and sounds of the surf. The condo is equipped with full kitchen: (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, Keurig electric juicer, blender, toaster, wine chiller and much more than you usually find in rentals). Sundial B307 offers a completely separate bedroom (not folding doors), washer/dryer, crown molding, and granite countertops and more upgrades.

To make you feel at home, we have a washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, hair dryer in bath, 2 flat screen TV's, DVD with small library, stereo, binoculars, wooden high chair, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and two bicycles on loan. Free wifi, too.

This includes beach access, 4 condo swimming pools, wireless internet, BBQ grills and shuffleboard. Open to the public at adjoining Sundial Resort . . .tiki bar, restaurants, pizza & ice cream kitchen, Bailey's Marketplace, tennis & pickleball (fee), spa services, and Sanibel Sea School.

Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable booking fee and $50 administrative fee for all cancellation and must be 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days prepaid monies may be forfeited if condo cannot be rebooked at same rate/terms. Travel insurance is offered and recommended to protect your vacation investment.
