The Quickest Way to Replace OnePlus 6 Display (Without Frame)

In the last video of OnePlus 6 screen replacement, I showed you the procedure to replace the OnePlus 6 display (with frame). We need to remove the motherboard and everything on the screen frame, which is complicated.
Then I found a best way to replace the display of OnePlus 6. This make the display repair easier. What we need to do is to remove the battery cover and the loudspeaker. Soften the adhesive on the edge of the screen and cut off the display with a piece of metal sheet. This could scratch the middle frame, but it is the quickest and safest way.

Step1 Remove battery cover
